Fiskehuset is situated in a wonderful harbour environment at the old market town of Thisted, and owners Lisbeth and Per Toft Jensen take a pride in always having fresh North Sea fish in the counter. 

The shop slogan ”from sea to stomach” tells the story of a business with a distinct attitude. They believe in always delivering fresh quality products, and to treating their customers with respect and offering them the best of service.

In summer months the guests can enjoy various fish dishes seated at tables outside the shop overlooking the harbour and the fjord. In winter the enterprising couple enjoys developing new home-made products based on fresh fish and organic ingredients. Lisbeth and Per Toft Jensen only sell products that they enjoy themselves, and their ambition is to have the customers eat fish because they like it.
